Scott is a Professional Landscape Architect (PLA) registered in Minnesota since 2000 with 20 plus years of Industry experience. He has designed many accomplished projects ranging in complexity, character, scale and budget. He received his Bachelor’s of Landscape Architecture and Bachelor's of Science in Environmental Design from North Dakota State University, Fargo ND (Go Bison!).

Prior to North 40 Landscape Architecture, Scott previously worked for signature design firms of Armstrong-Berger of Dallas, TX and Ernst Associates of Chaska MN and has also worked for several leading civil engineering firms in the Twin Cities including RLK-Kuusisto and Schoell & Madsen.

In his not so spare time, Scott is an avid outdoorsman and coaches youth hockey and baseball.
